Live, Learn and Celebrate Welcome!
Temple Emanu-El is pleased to unveil its new 2022-23 Lifelong Learning Program. This years Lifelong Learning program is now even more fortified with educational and entertainment offerings. The newly expanded collaboration of Temple Emanu-El and Neve Shalom now brings the Jewish Community Center (JCC), of Middlesex County into this triumvirate of learning. Together our three organizations will provide an expanded and diverse curriculum to meet the educational and social needs of our greater community at large. The plan includes classes, lectures and concerts just to name a few of the offerings. The courses will be presented to you by an assemblage of esteemed Rabbis, Cantors, Teachers, Musicians and other lay professionals. Temple Emanu-El, Neve Shalom and the JCC will be offering its Lifelong programs with classes taught on Zoom and/or in person. When you register you will receive the appropriate Zoom links, time, dates, name of the presenter and course location. These learning, social and entertainment opportunities will be held on various days and at convenient times to accommodate the schedules of many of our community members. Use the registration form in this booklet. This year members of Temple Emanu-El, Neve Shalom and the JCC will pay $72 per year for as many of the listed classes as you wish to take. This is the same fee for each of the organizations. For non-affliliated registrants, they will be charged $90. Selected courses or events, may have additional fees. $180, allows a member to become a Benefactor, which includes a full year of tuition and supports our Scholar in Residence program. Each of the three collaborating organizations should have their participating members pay their home organizations. If a person belongs to Temple Emanu-El solely or Temple Emanu-El and the JCC, they should pay Temple Emanu-El. Neve Shalom congregants will pay Neve Shalom. If the JCC member does not belong to either TEE or Neve, they should pay the JCC. If a person (non- member), does not belong to one of the three organizations, they can pay the organization of their choosing. This understanding was arranged and agreed to by all three organizations. If you have any questions regarding the Lifelong Learning offerings and/or any special events, please contact Dana Shectman, executivedirector@edisontemple.org or call TEE at 732-549-4442.
